this thread is for a cookbook project for tony and fam. teach and witchy will be heading up this project and will post soon regarding details. what i'm thinking of is a page w/a recipe and a pic of yourself on one side and the dish on the other.
stay tuned....

this project is our first focus right now. the other projects will be secondary as we really want to do something special for tony.

lucifer made cajun bbq shrimp last night and i took pics of it to add to the cookbook!!
this is going to be so great!

So are we doing the cookbook idea for Tony, or the guitar stuff idea for Tony. Cause I have some more ideas that we could do for Tony if we're still interested?

I was thinking along the lines of a nice package for Tony full or customized guitar accessories. The only thing about his would be that it could take awhile to set up and plan. So you may just want to go with the cookbook idea (which I think is an awesome idea as well).

Some accessories I was thinking of would be...

Guitar Straps (straps are made of polyester)
Guitar knobs (we could paint them)
Guitar Picks (paint, signed, designed etc)
Or a grill cloth for an amp cab. Like the examples below....

Again these are just ideas that I was thinking about.

Or possibly do something for each band member.

I was also thinking that maybe we can have a "restaurant menu" style for recipes without photos. Categorized by different menu items. Pasta, salads, sandwiches, etc.

witchy was thinking about dividing it by meals including sides and so on. i think we'll have to wait and see what's submitted so we'll know how to divide it.

My neighbor turned me onto this one. It's awesome and really low carb and low cal.

Taco Beans and Rice

1 can beef broth
1 package white rice
1 package taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
1 pound of ground beef

Brown the meat (duh).
Drain (double duh)
Open all the cans (well duh, you have to open them to get them in the pot)
Dump the damn cans in the damn pot without draining them suckers.
Bring it to a boil
Add the rice
Cook until rice is soft, then turn off the heat leaving the pan on the burner.
The rice will suck up the juice from the canned crap.
It's good.
You can eat it alone and it's a freakin meal.
We like to save the leftovers and add them to burritos. With sour cream and everything....MHM.
We are smart beavers. Gawd.

would like in on cookbook , have not really cooked a prpoer meal i guess could say in yrs , but it would be something ive made in past or have made for me . will try to get photos if possible , i prob wont make it just to have the pics single + burger + can of whatever works for me an issue i have is it wont prob be anything much dif than they have already prob had many times over seeing im pretty local area wise but maybe a dif version im thinking + hoping i just dont want to pick any old thing from a cookbook , wanna put some effort behind it ! so if i could get a pm from leader on this so i know what to send + who to send to

Kat, is this going to be the first project? We need some guidelines like deadlines, etc. And we need to find out how big the pages need to be, etc. Project managers(Teach and Withcy )....where are ya!
