Well where the hell have I've been? lol I always thought everyone did it themselves? Now I feel dumb. haha But yeah I'll definitely have to make something for Sully and Jen.

this quilt is going to be very different from the other quilts. it's going to be completely traditional and centered on a happy marriage. our board names WILL NOT go on this one but they will be in the accompanying scrapbook. our squares will be solely about jen and sully and not our interests. there won't be any religious symbolism on this one either. for example, i'd like to do the center square w/their names and the date of the wedding. another square could say "for better or worse but never for granted". w/this one, we'll need to know your idea before you do your square to make sure it'll fit w/the theme. you must do a scrapbook page for each square as well. your page is to congratulate sully and jen and for them to get to know who made each square. ant - go to jess's quilt square and look at our squares to get an idea of how to do one.

I have a TON of ideas as well, and have let Kat know about some. A "tradional" wedding quilt really doesn't exist anymore, but can be done in a variety of ways, colors and patterns. If anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to ask, or you can P.M. me.
Ant- with Jess' quilt, I purchased the base squares so the quilt would be more uniform, and mailed them to everyone. They were decorated and then mailed back. I am sure we can do it this way, as it worked great. The only thing I ask, as the quilter, is to make sure anything you use is color-fast and machine washable. Like I said, any questions, just ask.
