Some of you may have read posts about the situation with my sister's divorce. It is ugly. Her husband has been mentally and emotionally abusive to her for a long time. He is trying to get full custody of their 3 kids, even though he doesn't work, and show her to be "unfit". He even called CPS out on her, and they found nothing wrong, but nonetheless there is now an active case open on her. He convinced my 14 year old niece to leave home and go live with him - she hasn't seen my sister in almost a month and won't even tell my sister why she is mad. he has thrown out all kids of accusations about besically every member of my family and is trying to drag us all into this big bloody battle.

The court date is tomorrow. Please pray and / or send your positive thoughts my sister's way. We are all scared abotu what he will do next, and if he gets those kids, he will ruin them emotionally, just like he isdestroying my sister and our whole family right now.

I can't thank you all enough for your support! The divorce is final and my sister won! The mediation giving her primary custody was upheld and all her husband's motions were denied. He was caught in several lies on the stand. He must return my niece by next week when the final papers will be signed at the courthouse. I am sure that will be another battle, so please keep my sister and my niece in your prayers.

My niece is only a 14 year old girl under the influence of a very manipulative, abusive, scheming, ruhtless man who wants nothing more than to hurt my sister. She doesn't know what she is doing or the consequences thereof. Please pray that she will come home peacefully and my sister can start to put her family back together.
