But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was Italian:
1. He talked with His hands.
2. He had wine with His meals.
3. He used olive oil

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was a Californian:
1. He never cut His hair.
2. He walked around barefoot all the time.
3. He started a new religion.

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was an American Indian:
1. He was at peace with nature.
2. He ate a lot of fish.
3. He talked about the Great Spirit.

But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was Irish:
1. He never got married.
2. He was always telling stories.
3. He loved green pastures.

But the most compelling evidence of all - 3 proofs that Jesus was a woman:
1. He fed a crowd at a moment's notice when there was virtually no food.
2. He kept trying to get a message across to a bunch of men who just didn't get it.
3. And even when He was dead, He had to get up because there was still work to do.

I find it funny when people get all up in arms when other people claim that Jesus was dark skinned.. of course Jesus was dark skinned. Most of the people from Jerusalem, Israel etc.. were dark skinned.

Anyone who lived in that region would have been dark skinned from labor, travel and general exposure to the desert climate. They would have an appearance that looked like an Arab-African-Greek-Roman racial mixture, because that was the population. There are many arguments for what Jesus really looked like, but that is focusing on a trivial matter that erases the message he was trying to have everyone focus on. It does not, however, take away from the fact that it is still fun to mess with radicals on both sides of every religion. (Personally, I've been banned from all college and high school groups in all the local churches for asking questions that they cannot answer easily with a Bibliography lesson.)

If you have the chance to, burst in on a Creation-v-Evolution debate with these questions for both sides:

1. The Bible says the world was created in 7 Days, but how long was that time period exactly?
2. Science cannot account for the repeated patterns in a life on this earth, so why can there be any doubt that everything is of the same genetic source?
3. If the Bible is divinely inspired writings, then we are running on "God time" for all of creation... Just how long is a day in "God time"?
4. If there is no originating source for all genetic matter, then why is it outlandish to add in a factor of outside assistance?
(Sometimes you will get answers, but most of the time you'll just get everyone so angry that they will start arguing for the opposing side's points.)
