I have not checked out that site, but I will do so. Thanks! As for Laurie Cabot... I've never heard of her, but I guess I'll check out her books. Once again, thank you! Its been a while since I've seen this thread active at all, but I'm glad at least someone is contributing. A million thanks.
I recommend checking out www.magickaschool.com
They have an awesome forum, friendly people and even some free online courses you can take! I personally love the site.

Blessed Be.

I do not however endorse paying for classes online.

The information you are paying to get is available free in many other places. You have no way to check the Lineage of the "teachers" in question or ways to verify sources.

If you are taking classes in person you have ways to speak with the teachers face to face as well as getting feedback on "doing things properly".

This is the same reason that I don't "teach" students online. I will mentor people not close to me, and help them find their way, but that is no reasonable way to Teach someone to cast circle, for example, You can say "magick words" until you are blue in the face, but without someone to tell you that you are projecting energy, you'll never know if you are doing it correctly.

I suppose... I like the site, but I would really like it if I had a teacher who was physically here, with me. I don't know of many other Pagans/Wiccans around the area I'm in. How is everyone? Hope everything is going well for you guys!

Blessed Be.

akuma there are a ton of groups in san diego listed on witchvox

http://www.witchvox.com/vn/gr/....html?id=&offset=160

goto that page. check the groups pages out. call one or more that seem to spark an interest and it will start you on your way to finding others in our path.
on the right side you will see there "spiritual path"
gardnerian, alexandrian and corriallan are more structured and have there own sorta "rules" read about them first it may or may not interest you.
a group listed as eclectic is usually a good mix of people from all different paths and is nice to see many peoples different views.

http://www.phoenixspiritclan.org/

http://www.sdpaganpride.org/

goto an open circle and meet the people it will open many doors. find a shop in your area that deals with new age/wiccan/witchcraft items

Cool! Sounds like fun! Thanks, lol. Umm... I've been faltering a bit... I guess its 'cause I've been busy with school. I haven't meditated in like a little over a week. I've gotta get started again! One of my friends seems to be interested, so I referred him to the magick school website. *shrugs* I'm wondering where that will go. At least I have someone to talk to about my faith, though. Yup. Thank you for asking. Hope you have a great day and that things clear up so you can go camping! Love and Light

Blessed Be.

It has been quite a while since I've posted on here... this place has become quite stagnant... Anywho, I've been continuing my Wiccan studies on the Magicka School site and have checked out the book Living Wicca by Scott Cunningham. I feel like I am becoming involved with my spirituality again. I'm glad, 'cause I've been faultering. I'm amazed that senior year is nearly over... Its bitter-sweet. Anywho, I'm sending lots of Love and lots of Light to all of you on here!

Blessed Be.

Mind if I ask how your studies are progressing?

My studies... well... I could be doing better. I have been so busy with school. I'm going to be graduating high school this year, so it has been a bit hectic. I checked out Living Wicca by Scott Cunningham, but I've only read a small portion of it. I had checked out the Symposium by Plato and a book on Music Theory, so I've been reading those books as well. I have been taking the free online courses at the Magicka School site. They're great. I should be studying them more in depth. Its a bit of a problem, though, as I do not have internet at home... but I work with what I've got. I haven't meditated in a while, but I am going to have to start sometime, so I'll try to tonight. So... my studies could be better, but I'm starting to try a little bit harder. Umm... That is pretty much it. Umm... thanks for asking! I'm glad someone is on here. Love and Light

Blessed Be.
