Okay, guys. I'm really excited right now! I've found a site http://www.magickaschool.com/It looks very promising. Have any of you heard it or checked it out? If not, take a look and tell me what you think.

quote: As for Ignitia... its okay! If you want to call me sister, I ain't got a problem with that, lol. hahah...oh my goddesses, thats hilarious! I looked at the site, and it seems interesting. I, personally, am a more hands on type person. And Im so about going out there, and finding stuff. But then again, that is what you did, it is just more technologically advanced than going and finding books! (I guess that makes me old school ) But it is kind of neat. I might get over my apprehensiveness and join just to see what it is all about, and what they offer. If it is a big joke, then I wont fiddle with it any longer. seems ok, right?

scott cunninghams - wicca for the solitary practitioner is a great book for starters. also believe it or not there is a "dummies" book out there "wicca for dummies" it actually is very well written with a lot of useful information for someone looking into the religion, and it is not written from any single perspective. the author gives descriptions from many different branches of wicca. after you get thru those books to start there are many many others out there that get into much more detail. as far as a personal account. for me i grew up always knowing i felt different about religion than what most taught. i always questioned it because it did not feel right to me, I had my own opinions and they did not match the Christians.then I started reading about wicca about 3 years ago and BAMM I found out that the way i believed(I thought i was alone) many others believed the same way. It was wicca and it found me.I was "home"

Do not worry about any information that anyone says. All religion is is someone saying that one path is right, better, or fitting. I find that in most cases people are unsatisfied with some part of any religion and do their own thing anyway. My suggestion, follow your own beliefs and find your own path.

sometimes others experience can lead to the path for another. And if someone shares the same belief then what is so wrong with asking for advice from another? Or even if you are just interested in that one religion? Not all people are saying one religion is the right one. Relax a bit. Now back to the original question. I am sorry Akuma but i do not have suggestions for you. I feel that i am not the right person to give you such. I am sure someone on this forum will eventually give you some and when they do i hope it helps.
