Merry Meet Every1, I have a question that was asked of me and I do NOT know how to answer it cuz I am not at this phase yet.
How does one see and/or hear Spirits?
I myself would like to know then I can hear & see my Guides and Spiritual Family. I would also like to help ppl more than I have been. I have the ablity to help others but I can't handle the blind & deaf thing up. I get angry thinking I am doing something wrong or I just not getting the messages. After 9 yrs I think it is time for me to take a new phase and have my site and hearing opened. I know deep in my heart & soul I am ready for this. Please help me I am eager and willing to learn. It's a simple task, with lots of concentration required. How I did it was I sat at a cemetery, and worked on opening up my third eye. After that it was a lot of divination, lots of sitting and concentrating. But I've done it. It doesn't come when I usually want it however.
If I am looking to communicate with my spirit guides and such I meditate. It has taken TONS of practice.
However, since I died on the operating table (I was clinically dead for about 3 minutes) back in November of 1994, I've been able to see and somewhat communicate with spirits. It can be kind of freaky at times, but I deal with it.
