I'm not sure about self-healing spells. They use up quite a bit of energy, but maybe if you use the right herbs you can make a tea or something that will help.

thats a good idea, however..I dont have like a cold or flu or anything anymore...I just still have this annoying burning sensation in my head/brain..or whatever..its hard to explain..but it wont go away..no matter how many pain pills I take or whatever...Im not so sure a tea would help with that?? I dunno..Im just tired of having this weird headache or whatever..

One that my husband does on himself, but I have never got around to trying... It's not a spell, but rather a meditation. Sit cross legged, and close your eyes. Then feel roots growing from you and grounding you to the earth. Feel the earth's energy come up through your body, circle through your body. When you feel it reach a spot in pain or that needs to heal, focus it there. It'll burn a bit, it's burning off the negative energies. Once that feeling stops, take the energy and continue to focus it to other spots that need help. I don't know, my husband would swear by this, so would quite a few of our friends. May want to give it a shot.

If meditation does not work for you, try forming an intention to get well. It's not a spell but rather switching your mind into a different state and expecting the body to follow. You may need something to focus on for this to work - a candle, a crystal, a mental image of a safe, friendly place, whatever comes handy, whatever helps to calm the mind and stop the endless train of thoughts and worries. Once the mind calmed down, form the intention, then let it go. Don't worry whether it will work or not, instead revisit that state of mind from time to time to reinforce the intention.
The idea about self-healing that spends your energy as if it is a negative thing does not sit well with me. Quite frankly, I don't believe that there is such a thing that yours and only yours energy that's separate from other energies out there. Hence methinks (and practice seems to agree with that) that self-healing works through opening up, reconnecting to outer energies, attuning yourself to them, and getting help that way. You do spend some, but you also receive some in return.

Yes, you can do self-healing spells and they will work wonderfully. They do not use up your own energy because YOU are not healing yourself--- Universe is acutally doing the healing, you are just allowing it to be done.
Reiki is a practice of healing--- the practitioner channels the healing energy to the recipient but the recipient must allow the healing to take place. One of the very first lessons in Reiki is to practice self-healing.

You might also try meditating in a hot bath. the energy from the water and the heat will aid in grounding oneself and if you add a bit of lavender oil( bath salts or bath oil) it should help. just my 2 cents.
