I'm not going to bore you guy's with the novel that is this story, so I'll try my best to keep this as short as possible. This all started with a noise complaint about my neighbor, not just me complaining, it's the entire building. My rental management of course say's to call the police, ok, 3 times we called. This Saturday, it got so loud that we had no choice but to make the 4th call. The officier came and talked to him for awhile and then left. The man began slamming and cussing and knocking on doors with the music even louder than it was before. So, out of fear, because he's a very violent man, we called again and told them what he was doing, they sent more then one cop this time and again they talked to him for awhile and left. All hell broke loose. He again was knocking on doors and even walked down to the management and proceeded to tell them how he was going to strangle us and then came back and stood in front of my apartment and called my mom and myself and the lady that lives on the other side of him b**ches and told us that he's going to cut us and that we have it coming. He even threatened the other womans 7 year old little boy. I would normally chalk it off to drunken gibberish but he has a violent past and has been in jail for it and is really proud of it and doesn't mind the thought of going back. I'm a witch and 90% of the time my binding's work, but not on him. My mom is also a witch and very good at it, her rate would be more like 100%, not even hers are working. Honestly I'm scared to death, not just for myself and my mother but for the other woman and her little boy and tiny little puppy. PLEASE if anyone has any suggestions, let me know and maybe send some protective energy our way. It's going to get worse, the process of his eviction is getting started.

the other family should do tha same thing.
the cops are a quick call away if anything gets crazy
and becuz of all the reports already made, i highly doubt it would take long fer them to show up if u called because of him tryin to harm someone
then .. booya.. he'll be locked up in no time

and just gets evicted n he's gone
just go on wit ur life and don't live in fear of him!
if u must feel safe afta fer awhile invest in some mase or something

immediately tell the caretaker
and call the cops!

I'm not worried to much about what he can do, other then drive me crazy, while I'm inside the building. It's more the kid, my cats and my car. I was out all day Saturday, Sunday when i started it, the fumes of gasoline were so intense and it's just not running right now, needless to say, it's going to the shop today. And I rescue cats, he knows and I don't put it past him to poison the food. He hates them. We're getting a security camera and an alarm for the car. Calling the police only ticks him off more and for some reason it seems to take them longer to get here with the more calls we make, but I'll keep calling. I don't know. I'm just so damn frustrated and tired and doubting my own abilities with my craft. I got some great advice from Christopher Penczak, so I'm going to try that and every protection spell I can find. Thanks for replying to this, I really do appreciate it.

Good thinking about the camera and alarm. Are your cats indoor or outdoor ones? I imagine if they refuse to stay indoor at all times, it's huge worry for you.

They're actually feral's and stray's I'm working to domesticate and find homes for. So they're, unfortunately outside. If I had my way, they would be inside and I'd keep them all.

My personal belief that people like this need put in their place. My other personal belief, reaffirmed, is that I am not apartment people. People like this ass hole are the reason I don't rent. I hate people like this who use their hatred of being, or of others or what have you, just to intimidate other people because of their lack of control over their own damn lives. I'd be all for using something sinister and evil against this prick. I know we're all supposed to be "Harm none" and "I'm only using my witchcraft for good" F*ck that...f*ck this douchebag, he's done, take it all out on him, all out war. Go for it.

Not enough people in this world seem to think this is ok in a situation such as this, they turn a blind eye and think things will be ok. I'd say, if I knew it were possible, go Cindy (The Craft) on him.

I think we as witches, take this as you wish, need to take some more responsibility? no...initiative. When the system fails, pick up the pieces, and throw them at the a**hole who is the problem.

As far as your situation. Find something to get him on, anything, to get him to jail. That'd get him evicted in a damn big hurry.

I'm so to this point, especially since most of the advice I keep getting is to keep calling the police. That's part of of the problem. Everytime I call he wants to kill me more, plus it takes them like 45 minutes to get here. I've done all of the mundane crap, all I have left in my defense is my magick. I don't want to harm any one and everything I've been doing is to help him too and honestly I'm done helping him. There is nothing wrong with him, he's just an a**hole getting a kick out of torturing his neighbors. I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but, harm none unless it's in self defense. I'm a martial artist and in our belief, we never throw the first punch, but when thrown at us, we do everything possible to never lose the fight. I was given some great advice by a witch that is, or at least I thought she was, all sunshine rainbows and puppies, she told me to pick a really strong, really good banishing spell and do what I need to do, and if it hurts him in the process, so be it. I'm listening to her, especially considering she's my supplier of all my witchy needs. The camera is being installed as I type. I know I'll be OK, but if he so much as breathes toward any animal or that child in a negative way, he's going down hard. I know pretty freaky people that I haven't told yet because I know they'll turn him into a poppet. haha. Thank's for the support guy's. I really appreciate it!

I hope he starts a fight. I'd say confront him about it. Tell him he's being a d*ck, and if he doesn't stop, there will be lots of pain on his side. I'm sending nice little barbs of energy his way since I'm so freakin pi*sed off this week....f*ckin snow just won't die...

guys like this live in a hell that they create. but somewhere, someone around him made him like that. people aren't born pricks. try to remember that it's not really even you that he is mad at. & life is only what we make it. put him out of his misery & be done with it. but also hope that some day he finds peace as well. some pricks get over it, & the rest spend forever in hell.

Clarification: What I mean is, most people who are witches, not all, are those who go with the whole harm none theory...I'm thinkin that is a bulls*it perspective on things. I'm of the belief that if someone does some **** like this, they deserve everything they get, no matter what it is. Hence the hostility towards stupid people like this.

Witches, as a whole, need to take on more of this responsibility, and those who are slacking in this area, don't drop the ball anymore. I'm thinking we need some more people who are into dishing out negative energy towards people. Giving a person this negative, positive energy is just going to piss them off worse! They don't know what to do with it.

I'd kind of send off a vibe to this guy that says: "Hey, we're a community here, if you don't like it, get the f*ck out." I'd say the hell with it, take on all your neighbors, get them on board, and confront this guy, ALL of you. Not some, not one...ALL! because this guy thinks he can take on some of you, or one of you and win with intimidation. If you show solidarity, then you can get alot of **** done, hopefully without violence or having to call the fuzz. Try it, see what happens!

I agree, but its really hard to think of him with any compassion when he's threatening your life and the life of a neighbor's child that's only 7 years old. I'm sorry he's the way he is and for whatever he lived through to make him this way, but, I did nothing to deserve this. When I started fighting back, I did everything with compassion, hoping that maybe in the process of easing mine and my neighbors pain that he would benefit from it, but I'm done caring for him. I just want to know when I wake up tomorrow morning that and get in my car that its not going to blow up or fall apart and that I'm not going to see an ambulance outside and that I actually wake up. He never had any friends over except his girlfriend, all of the sudden there are really big, really shady and really scary guys at his door and as they're walking by, they're only looking at mine and he's started being really sneaky. The man is bring me to the point of a nervous break down. I even went and talked to some one about buying a gun yesterday.

If you mean put him out of his misery with the craft, he's just to strong. Everything I try only lasts for a day or 2 then it's back to the same hell. I've bound, I've banished, and I've asked everyone and every source I can find for help and suggestion's and I'm coming up blank. I don't know what he's got on his side but, I'm just not strong enough to face it alone.

To Tallicdeth: Methinks you confuse witches with Wiccans. A witch can follow some other path and not be bound to the "harm none" rule. Which, honestly, does not make much sense to me anyway. Aside form the fact that some people won't stop until they get harmed because of their actions, there are so many situations where harming none is beyond our control or is inevitable even we don't want to do it.

To free raven: if you can't master compassion towards an *******, don't sweat it. It won't do you much good to force yourself into something that does not come naturally. If he is not receptive to your craft, that does not necessarily mean that he's too strong or got a good protector. You don't know whether something made him the way he is or if he was born like that, you don't know how much of his behavior is due to ****y ignorance or part of his own payment. I don't do craft myself, so the suggestion can be off the wall, but if nothing works, maybe you would put your skills to better use by protecting yourself and those who matter to you? For everything else, you can't just go on a personal war with him. And it does not sound like your neighbors are ready to unite and confront him. I so wish he would get evicted already and leave you all alone.

yeah, the pagans/wiccans in this area are all fluffy, like poly-fill and stuff.
