Hey Snake! Glad to hear your first time went so well! It's amazing what a time-out and meditation can do to relax ya- it really starts to give you an idea of the power of the human mind, how one can (for example) relax their muscles very well without having a hot bath or massage or anything physical at all. \V/ Crowned Queen Incense by Queen of Crowns \V/ Time to do what's best for me, I believe I can change...

Yeah Im gonna keep working on relaxing my mind and body through meditation. The only thing is that I felt more like I was doing breathing exercises when I was practicing. But still it felt good.

Well breathing is sure important! I forget what the statistic is, but I know I read somewhere that when your body is tense, you actually lessen your lung capacity and so your breathing isn't as productive as when you're relaxed. It's amazing how much deeper you can breathe when you're loosened up some! \V/ Crowned Queen Incense by Queen of Crowns \V/ Time to do what's best for me, I believe I can change...

Yeah I felt a big difference in breathing when relaxed. I breathe some much deeper, also Im a big smoker I've been smoking for like 6 years now and wish I could quit, I've tried so many times, but maybe if I get myself into the meditation feeling I could maybe quit, its just that I get stressed out at work and my daily routine is smoking a cigg when I wake up and after I eat or whatever. SO if you have any kind of suggestions for me that would be great. I have to thank you for helping me out with everything here.

You are most certainly welcome! I'm the last to give any effective advice on quitting smoking, though - I've been smoking more or less for 12 years and just went through a nasty attempt to quit, which I've failed (for the time being). I know, though, that finding another way to relax is certainly helpful on that road, and once one meditates enough, you feel much more in tune with your body- and that sure can't hurt anything either! \V/ Crowned Queen Incense by Queen of Crowns \V/ Time to do what's best for me, I believe I can change...
