awww damn viv... thank you so much for this post. i'm honestly touched. love you too sis.
aiden's surgery went well. his surgeon found a second, smaller hernia on the right side so he took care of that while he was there too. the left hernia was huge - the size of a small egg, imagine that on a 6 lb baby - and caused him a great deal of pain. he's been very sleepy since coming out of anesthesia but i like to think he also feels so much better and will be a happier, more content baby now. bless his little heart, he's been in pain and has screamed constantly since he was born 2 months ago.
