I just wanted to say how good I'm feeling today, my wife and I talked a great while last night, and I woke up feeling relieved and much better about life in general today!

I had a moment of true joy and happiness, it wasn't bad!

I'm still more up than down, but its hard. With all the crap going on, its amazing I'm still vertical. Most people wouldn't be able to hack it through this. I've been dealing with this s*** and trying to stay on the positive, and its the most difficult thing I've ever dealt with. If "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" were true, I'd smash all bodybuilding records!

But I had a great laugh last night, my daughter had her first christmas concert, and I couldn't help but laugh, she was so loud she came booming over the field mics!

But in fairness, I did tell her to be loud and proud.
