I'm going to add this as a topic to my podcast. Interesting. I hope all goes well, I'd have started by finding inaccuracies in her faith. My personal favorite is: "If God is perfect, he could make a rock that even he couldn't lift, but if he was perfect, he could lift that rock" Most often than not, they are not capable of the thought process thats like "What? Oh no you didn't" and think of some answer.

All though I'm not known for losing my temper, how you restrained yourself from going postal on her is a mystery to me..
I have been known to have a very low tolerance for stupidity though maybe that's it.

yeah, Ive never hit anyone in my life..but I came close to turning around and punching her in the face. I DONT like being touched..if someone wants to pray for me, by all means go ahead..but its not necessary for you to touch me in the process. She has yet to approach me again..but we shall see come tomorrow.

I don't know if that would really work in this case, hon. It seems that this person is trying very hard to be an "outreach" type, and confusing her with questions might only serve to make her more desperate to "convert" our lovely Silver_Moon.
In most cases, however, I am all for arguing your case. It's just that some instances require a more delicate handling to avoid massing drama explosions. (I'd love for someone to argue Christianity vs. Anything with my mom... that'd be funny...)

I must say if I were in your position, I probably would have flipped out on the religiously intolerant fanatical fundamentalist christian bitch. I have a cousin who is EXACTLY like this girl you speak of. I had to cut her out of my life for many years because of the way she was harrassing me... and we lived in different states! However, everyone here has given you great advice. Do the right thing and go through the proper channels to get this girl to leave you alone. However, I do believe it's going to take something drastic to make her leave you alone. I wish you all the best.

well all the best advice has been given but i would like to say that just dont let this F****d up **** get to you. if they cant get you the way you are dont change or let them make you into someone your not. I had it happen once actually said the rock thing then added if she didnt have anything of actual fact to add to the conversation to go f*ck herself. But good luck and i hope it works out

hahah gothic! I would have said the same ****. I hate people like that with a vengance. And sometimes it does work with the outreach people. Verbal disarmament really helps sometimes. And then there is always the way of saying "If you can't like me the way I am, then f*ck off and die" I find that pretty much does it right there.

I'm all for laying waste to types like that, and if you get them against the ropes with some comment that makes them actually THINK about their religion, then you have them, and move in for the kill.
