Hey ya'll, I had an awesome weekend!
We're putting the finishing touches on the CD. ALL the trax are complete and we're just playing with some mastering and production software to spiff it up a bit before we send it off to be pressed. I'm really stoked!
Then on a side note of heavenly goodness!... I dreamed friday night that my brother's dog Sadie had her pups early. She is the grand daughter of my Dog Jake who I got back when I was 19. (He passed away from kidney failure on my 26th birthday, a couple of weeks before Sadie was born) Anyway, I dreamt of smootching on a pudgy blue and white female pup with a buckskin colored patch over her eye... So I called my brother to give him the heads up.
Low and behold, at 11:45 Saturday night Sadie started having pups. She had 14!!!! BUT the first pup born was a fat blue and white female with a buckskin patch over her eye! It took her from 11:45 to 3:30am to push her fat little butt out! My brother is supposed to be sending me pics today!
Auntie Gramma Shea! Can you believe it? I'm a Great Granny and a great Aunt all at the same time! I should be getting her in a couple of weeks. We're gonna go down to Houston and pick her up a little early since there are more puppies than boobies and Sadie is kinda old. We're gonna bottle feed her for the last few weeks of her weening. She's gonna be soooo rotten.

My friend Rebekah brought over a freind of hers who is an awesome bassist. He lives about 30-45 minutes from us. We played Saturday and Sunday.
AND!!! The woman who owns the Shop I have been wanting to buy (Star Dance) told me she's going to owner finance it to me. << you can't see me but I'm doing the happy dance>>
Can it get any better!? And Mercury isn't even out of retrograde yet!
