I hear ya ant but we can't all get what we want. Hey, who knows, maybe with the release of I Stand Alone to a rockband track pack...sometime down the road, there will be a Godsmack game of their own.
I think much of it might have to do with the capacity of their entire catalog. You look at the bands that have their own extension of the game (either rock band or guitar hero) and they've been around for YEARS. Aerosmith, Metallica, The Beatles, AC/DC...all have MASSIVE musical catalogs that can be put in a video game. Sadly our boys don't have that quite yet. If they stay strong and stay in the spotlight as most of these other bands have...who knows what game makers might do.

Yeah that's true and I've thought about that as well.
On the Guitar Hero site you can submit/request bands and songs and they may think about adding that band/song. I don't know how many times I submitted Godsmack to them. haha
I really think a GS edition of either GH or RB would be so awesome. The Metallica game is awesome! And seeing GS in video game style would be great.

I don't know about a full band game.. I'm not into those. I like variety. However, I would like to see some Godsmack on GH. I don't do Rock Band so whatever they have available is of no consequence. It's possible that they don't WANT to be on GH. At this point, bands are clamoring to get on GH setlists. Red Octane pretty much have their pick of whoever they want on the games and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to put in Godsmack, if GS allowed it.
