make a link a specific name?

Instead of "http//www......." it could be named "Website" I seen people on here post links like that before, but how do you do it? I want the link on the bottom of my sig to be named "My Photoshop Work" or something else at least.

[.url=http://www.whatever.com/]Website[./url]

Take the dots out of the code, of course.
