Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. I've been watching NASA docs all day long on the History Channel. They'll be airing the original broadcast of the landing for those just as interested as I.
Live From '69: Moon Landing Tonight - 8:30pm EST
I believe it is available for viewing online at http://www.history.com for those that will miss it or want to watch it now.

They can put a man on the MOON, but they can't repeat it more than once! Yet they'll show Ice Road Truckers or Journey to 10,000 BC six times in two days?!
That's a good illustration of how TV works. People would rather watch Ice Road Truckers and what not, so what is watched more is repeated more often. In the end, people define what TV is going to be about, not someone else. Then the same people complain about TV.

f***ers!
ummm... if you go to the website (http://www.history.com) it's there for watching. And the NASA website has been showing stuff on NASATV all week.
Not to mention, the broadcast was repeated several times all night. I'm sure if you had checked the programming schedule, you would've seen that.

I wasn't watching that sunday night, was watching other things, didn't check the schedule. They repeat everything else 40 times in the next day, I'm surprised that it didn't happen.
I'm not. The program was to celebrate the 40th anniversary. The 40th Anniversary was on the 20th. Why would they continue to show the program on the 21st? That's not the anniversary.

My internet is fine. *shrug* Of course, I have FiOS, so there ya go.
Just a question... are you happy with anything in life? Anything at all? I don't mean that to sound accusatory or anything but, honestly, it could just be the threads I read but you seem to complain about *everything*. Even happy threads, like this one, you find something to be unhappy about. Just curious.

I'm very happy with how well the play did last night! I'm ecstatic, and I'm starting to see things through a different light, its like I needed a shift in my life, and She provided. My eyes, which have been hazel for the past few years, were BLUE this morning when I woke up, my goddamn eyes were ROYAL BLUUUUUE! LOL
So I'm thankful for some things, and some things do suck, I just would have loved to have been able to watch it, being as its a part of history I wasn't there for, but still want to see.

I've had mood eyes for some time. My wife can tell when I'm truly happy. I did get to catch it on again Sunday at 730am. Not a bad job condensing several days into 30 minutes.
