ethans_mommy asked me to post a thread about how people can use a search engine that raises money for my animal organization - but there are so many different (FREE!) ways to help so many great organizations, I figured I'd take a moment to throw a few out there. EVERY one of these opportunities to help organizations raise money is completely free on your end and they usually don't take more than a minute, so if there is an organization or cause that you support, try to make a habit out helping them out using these free methods.
Help Pet-Abuse.Com: Click here for more info and link to the browser toolbar to make searching easy If you use the internet often, or even once in a while, you can help raise money for Pet-Abuse.Com for free. A website called GoodSearch.Com directs a percentage of advertising revenue to the charity of your choice - and it's powered by Yahoo, so you'll be getting the same high-quality search results you're used to.
If 100 people do 2 searches per day using GoodSearch, Pet-Abuse.Com will receive approximately $730 a year. If 1,000 people perform 2 searches per day using GoodSearch, Pet-Abuse.Com will receive approximately $7,300 per year - and so on!
