I am so bummed right now. We went to the Denver show on 8/4 and purchased the ILAA upgrade. I checked the website where they post the pics from the photo op and it doesn't look like all of the pictures taken are posted. The last few people (including myself and hubby) those pics are not on the site. I emailed ILAA and I have not received a response. I am so BUMMED! It really sucks if my picture got ruined or not posted. REALLY disappointed in Colorado.

I did ILAA with another group and I emailed them about something and they never responded back. It's better to call them and ask. Hope your pics get posted!

That sucks, hopefully your pic gets posted. Given they dont let you take your own pictures, it is essential that they take the pictures and get them posted.

If for some reason they dont post yours, I would request a partial refund. A big part of the experience is getting that picture as a keepsake, if they dont deliver they need to kick back some of the money.

Wow I am not alone- I have that issue for Mt. View- I have emailed and called over and over and they say its being worked on, it will be emailed, etc....but still nothing- and still hoping they didnt delete it...the host just takes 1 pic with his camera- so you are completely relying on him getting them uploaded...he should at least take 2, or use your camera, etc. Its not like they are pro-shot- if you look through the pics, some are blurry/ bad....

Thanks everyone for being nice about it. It still sucks but I am glad that I am not alone bret6262. I am going to call them, I do think that there should be some type of kick back since that is part of the package. It just seems like there is too much room for error with the one pic the host takes that it's hit or miss. It was so cool meeting the band but the experience is somewhat cut in half by not having that keepsake. Praying for my pic to not be deleted and still be available to post.
