1. Will we meet Godsmack? What do you mean "photo op?" Ultimate Pimp Package holders will all get a photo op with Godsmack band members, so you'll be face to face!
2. Will we be seated together? All reserved ticket packages under one order number, will be seated together.
3. What time do I need to be at the venue? Ultimate Pimp Packages start approximately 2 hours prior to show time. You will be sent an itinerary via email with details approximately 5 days before your show date. Temptation Packages are available at the I Love All Access box office Will Call window from approximately 6pm (subject to change) on the evening of the show. Please note that you cannot enter the venue until the doors open.
4. What do I get with my Temptation package? A guaranteed seat in a premium location, an exclusive gift, and a Godsmack online store discount coupon. (Check the package description you are interested in for the show(s) you are interested in for specific seating information.)
5. What do I get with my Ultimate Pimp package? A guaranteed ticket in a premium location, an Ultimate Pimp laminate, an exclusive Godsmack gift bag, a pre-show party, photo ops, VIP parking, crowd-free merchandise shopping and a Godsmack online store discount coupon. (Check the package description you are interested in for the show(s) you are interested in for specific seating information.
6. Can we bring a camera to the photo op? No, cameras are not allowed. We will take the photos and post them to a photo gallery approximately within one week of your show. We will provide you with a web address where you can view and download your photos.
7. What time can I pick up my Temptation packages? Temptation packages will be available after 6pm on the evening of the show (time is subject to change) at the I Love All Access box office Will Call window.
8. How long are packages available to purchase? Package sales will be discontinued approximately two weeks before show date, or when packages are sold out.
9. Is Rob Zombie on this tour? Any other groups? Shinedown will be the opening act. Rob Zombie plays next and finally Godsmack rocks the house!
10. How do we know we won't get burned? Why should we trust I Love All Access? We understand that some Godsmack fans may have had difficulties in the past with other VIP packages providers.
