Godsmack is sick live. This summer/fall there is going to be many bad ass shows coming up. I know I'm definitely gonna be at the key club 10/07 for Stratovarius..couple months away but these guys are wicked. Heard of them? All the way from Finland http://enterthevault.com/artist.php?id=561

the only other band i see live other than gs is black label society. there's nothing like the raw, down-and-dirty energy of a bls show.

There is nothing like seeing Smack live; but I'm looking forward to seeing Metallica live! Rob Zombie puts on an awesome show - wonder when he's going back on the road??

I love going to concerts! My runner-up to Smack is Motley Crue...yes, I still love seeing them...and this summer I get them in the same night! That will be 8th Smack show, and 6th for the Crue.

I also love going to Jimmy Buffett concerts; missed him just a couple of weeks ago, but I know he'll be back.

I've seen Staind and Three Doors Down a few times each, among many, many other shows I've been to. One of my favorite live acts is Papa Roach...love the energy!

I am going to see Shinedown/Staind/Chevelle/Halestorm on July 7th. I've seen them all before except Halestorm. Lookin forward to Shinedown and Chevelle again. Halestorm will be new to me, but I have heard that song they sing "I Get Off" and I dig it.

Since last seeing Godsmack last summer @ Rockfest i had the privilege to see Scott Weiland, Chris Cornell, ACDC twice, and recently saw Disturbed for the first time. This year @ Rockfest Priest, Korn, Buckcherry, Seether and plenty more.... should be a good summer jam. Peace Dicky

Just last night saw Staind/Shinedown/Chevelle/Halestorm & Lo-Pro opened for them. I had never heard of Lo-Pro and then I realized that Tommy Stewart is the drummer! I'm not a big fan of Staind. They just seemed to mellow after Shinedown! Was really impressed with Halestorm & Lo-Pro too.

Since the last GS show, I have also seen 3Days Grace/Breaking Benjamin & Seether. A band by the name of Neverset opened for them.

I also saw Buckcherry/Shinedown & Saving Abel seems like there was someone else with them, but can't remember for sure.

Now I remember....it was Avenged Sevenfold on the Buckcherry tour. Shinedown should have been the headliner there instead of Buckcherry!

Its been a great last couple of years and more to come, have seen the following bands multiple times :

Van Halen
Motley Crue
AC/DC
Pearl Jam
U2 this fall
English Beat

and of course my 1st Godsmack show last week.

All awesome shows !

Interesting to see all the other bands listed for everyone else, what would you think the average age of Godsmack fans are ? I am 44, as you can see from my list of bands those are the bands I grew up on. I have a feeling Godsmack fans are a bit younger. After this Crufest tour I think they are going to have made alot of new fans.

Consider you a figment of my imagination,
But will you ever go away?
