I am going to see Shinedown/Staind/Chevelle/Halestorm on July 7th. I've seen them all before except Halestorm. Lookin forward to Shinedown and Chevelle again. Halestorm will be new to me, but I have heard that song they sing "I Get Off" and I dig it.

Since last seeing Godsmack last summer @ Rockfest i had the privilege to see Scott Weiland, Chris Cornell, ACDC twice, and recently saw Disturbed for the first time. This year @ Rockfest Priest, Korn, Buckcherry, Seether and plenty more.... should be a good summer jam. Peace Dicky

Just last night saw Staind/Shinedown/Chevelle/Halestorm & Lo-Pro opened for them. I had never heard of Lo-Pro and then I realized that Tommy Stewart is the drummer! I'm not a big fan of Staind. They just seemed to mellow after Shinedown! Was really impressed with Halestorm & Lo-Pro too. Since the last GS show, I have also seen 3Days Grace/Breaking Benjamin & Seether. A band by the name of Neverset opened for them. I also saw Buckcherry/Shinedown & Saving Abel seems like there was someone else with them, but can't remember for sure. Now I remember....it was Avenged Sevenfold on the Buckcherry tour. Shinedown should have been the headliner there instead of Buckcherry! BEEN SMACKED: Indianapolis, IN 9/16/06 Evansville, IN 10/28/06 Louisville, KY 05/04/07 Waiting for more! GODSMACK - MY DRUG OF CHOICE!

Its been a great last couple of years and more to come, have seen the following bands multiple times : Van Halen Motley Crue AC/DC Pearl Jam U2 this fall English Beat and of course my 1st Godsmack show last week. All awesome shows ! Interesting to see all the other bands listed for everyone else, what would you think the average age of Godsmack fans are ? I am 44, as you can see from my list of bands those are the bands I grew up on. I have a feeling Godsmack fans are a bit younger. After this Crufest tour I think they are going to have made alot of new fans.
Consider you a figment of my imagination, But will you ever go away?
