Motley Crue better hope Mick makes it thru this tour . I was at the kickoff July 19th show . Dont know if anyone else out there was there and saw the end of the Crue's set when they came together for the bow out and Mick wasnt there , they were all coming together to take a bow and you see Vince, Tommy, Nikki, and the 2 fine ass backup singers/dancers , but no Mick. Tommy was even looking around offstage calling out "yo Mick where the **** you at "---but he didnt come back out and the rest of them said goodnight. Mick looks stiffer and stiffer every year man, scary looking .

I'm disappointed Godsmack even agreed to be a part of this "festival". They should have done a headlining tour this summer with at least a 2 hour set.

Wow - Crue must be pissed. They better pull it together. Now, I hope our guys don't tone it down just to not make Crue "look bad."

I saw Crue in ATL about 2-3 yrs ago and my review was like everyone elses. Vince didn't sing and the sound was so bad I couldn't even tell they were playing "Girls,Girls,Girls." We had the extra whip of Tommy yelling at us constantly cuz he didn't think we were screaming. We were. The place was loud as hell, he just couldn't hear us and kept calling us ugly names.

I can't wait to see our GS show even if its for 50 min!!

Crue was good last year in San Antonio..... But I am biased and really bought Cruefest tix for Godsmack. THEY are the reason I am going to Dallas!

Seriously, this tour should be re-named "Smackfest" and Crue should go on before Godsmack. Motley Crue's sound is just not up to par, and Vince's singing is definately way off. I have been a fan of Crue since back in the early days, but our Godsmack boys just blew them away!! Their energy and sound is always amazing and they always put on one helluva show! You could see the crowd was really into Godsmack, singing, dancing having a good time. But I just didnt see that with Crue. People were sitting down and many were actually leaving. My only reason for even buying these tix was to see Godsmack. I did stay for most of Motley Crue and I definately was not impressed at all. Maybe more people would have stuck around for Crue if they knew Godsmack would be on last. I even overheard the venue staff say, "Why is everyone leaving its not even over yet?"

Hurry back to NJ soon Godsmack! Looking forward to a headlining show!

I read a review the other day that said that GS was killing on stage! The reviewer said that they were making MC look bad. Of course, we all know the boys always kick arse when they take the stage, it was just great to read that they were true to form and didn't disappoint for CrueFest so far!
Reading it just made me more psyched to see them at PNC in August!!! August 18th won't come quick enough now!

good to hear. I'm still looking for cheap tix for the nissan pavilion show. I will most def. cut out early to beat the traffic. Don't care much about the Crue.
