Hey all:-) Have not been on here for quite a while. I just got my tickets for the Dallas show on August 8th. My friend and I have already reserved a hotel room. I was wondering who all was planning on going to this show.. maybe a pre-party would be in order:-) ROLL CALL!!!!

The Dallas show was smokin hot. Not only was it 97 degrees with a heat index of probably 100, this years Cruefest had a totally different vibe to me. I appreciated the Pantera tribute and I thought I heard an Aqualung and Moby Dick riff.... Anyone get pics from the Dallas show? There are a couple of videos on youtube. I definitely will do the upgrade next year!
I would love to see pics of the Dallas show! I had great seats, and missed the show!!!! Spent it in the hospital instead. Soooo Depressing! Please let me know how it was...and thanks to Austnsmacker for telling me a little bit about it. Does anyone have the links to the videos on youtube? I sure hate missing it...my seats were in the front section too. I didn't even have time to sell them, or give them away...what a waste-hu! Jules61
Sorry to hear you had to miss the show.... Hope you are doing well now. Below are a couple of links to Godsmack's set. I have to say that Dallas fans had some great tailgating. I look forward to going back there! IMHO, Motley Crue's sound was too distorted. Godsmack stole the show (again!!).
Thanks for the links austnsmacker. Makes me really hate missing the show. I have followed this band since the early Boston days, and have seen them grow in their music. This was the first show I missed! DAMN!
