Yes, I've heard them both. Of course, I love both of them, but "I Thought" is one of my faves.

Well one is found on the copies sold at bestbuy and the other is found on copies sold at target

I own both the Best Buy & Target versions so yes, I've heard both songs and both songs rock. I think I like 'I Thought' more, but it just depends on my mood really.

I have the Target one and it has "I Thought" which I really love, it's kinda bluesy. Does anybody know which one is the secret track if I were to buy "One Rainy Day" by itself from iTunes?

They're hidden for a reason. Those songs are even worse than the rest of the crap on that album.
