A.) What guitar effect is used in the beginning of "Speak" ...I know its one of the "vibes" but unsure which.

B.) In what manner it is applied?

What do you need the guitar for such a sound? I can do it with my voice.

I can't do it with my voice Plus I'm the guitarist in this act and that would just piss off the singer lol
