Nothing to really laugh about, for the simple that any one person could interpret the lyrics in their own way.

I love that song. To me its about hypocrisy. Not necessary condemning religion at all, but how people follow things as religion and how hypocritical people can act in the name of the faiths they follow; whether it is religion, fame, politics, etc.
